Shipping

Shipping will be your selection of either UPS or USPS.

United Parcel Service and the United States Postal Service Priority Mail.

Most Shipping by both carriers are guaranteed at least to be received within 4-5 business days. The price of shipping is calculated separatly from the cost of your product order, and will be included in your total cost when closing your order through our shopping cart. Special requests can be given to overnite/next day air delivery. These requests are additional costs to the customer.

                                          Canada/ Orders & Shipping     

 We will be shipping to Canada by both of the shipping sources listed. Make sure you have selected the correct ship to area when setting up your payment when checking out of our shopping cart. You select the way you want your product to be shipped to you and the cost is caclulated and then added to your order, so the shipping calculations are correct.

  ***Please note that orders for any food products or imported items may take between 5-10 business days to be processed and shipped regardless of the shipping method, Due to UPS delays(they only ship Monday to Friday) and order delays (our offices are closed on Saturdays and Sundays)***  Our on line shop is open 24/7 All orders are processed Mon-Fri. Thank you for your understanding.                                     

                                                       General Shipping Information

                We make all our Pastry products fresh as we receive orders. Due to this fact please
               allow 48 to 72 hours for us to make your order and then 5-7 days for shipping. During the holiday season
               please allow 54  to 72 hours. USPS is our preferred shipping vendor. All
               shipping vendors only deliver on business days unless specified Saturday by USPS
               delivery (additional charges do apply if the order is to be expedited).

              Chocolate products are shipped during the summer months with cooling pacs at an addtional cost to ensure   that the item is received in good condition.      

                                                             Return Policy

         If you decide that the item you received was not what you were expecting.

      You may return the item for full refund. This must be done within 5 days after you have recieved the item. The packaged food item must not be opened or sampled in any way. The return of any item that has been opened will only be credited the delivery shipping costs. If the item is damaged in shipment we will replace the item and pay for the shipping. Items replaced if damaged are products in glass containers, metal tins or religious gift items that may be received in damaged containers or gift boxes. We do want to make sure that you are satisfied with your product.
